Each
approved NOCTI customer must designate a Site Coordinator for the overall
promotion, guidance, monitoring and facilitation of the assessment program. All
NOCTI Site Coordinators must adhere to the policies and procedures set forth in
this guide.
Teachers or
instructional personnel CANNOT be designated as Site Coordinators.

The NOCTI Client
Services Center is a one-stop tool for managing a successful assessment
program. The Client Services Center is secure, password-protected, and easy to
navigate.
Through the Client
Services Center, the Site Coordinator can access key resources, place orders,
manage testing (e.g., user codes, badges), manage teachers (e.g., access to
their students’ scores), and access score reports and certificates.
