A
preliminary score report is
provided when each test taker completes an
online knowledge-based assessment.
The preliminary total score will
be
displayed in the Client Services
Center (CSC).
If
the "display scores" option was
selected at the time your order
was
placed, each test taker will
see their scores at the completion
of the online knowledge-based written assessment.
If this option was selected, the
test taker
will also be able to print a copy
of their preliminary score or
email a copy to
their email address.
- The actual test administration date
- The first session start date for multi-session tests
Once all required assessment components are complete, the Coordinator releases user codes through the CSC to begin official score processing. Required components may include knowledge-based written testing, skill-based performance ratings, if applicable, and any required demographics or administration steps.
- Grouping decisions must be made before user codes are released.
- Preliminary reports are not saved. Download or print preliminary reports before releasing scores if they are needed for local records.
- Once user codes are released, completed assessments are processed through NOCTI's scoring system to generate official score reports.
