The Coordinator plays a critical role in placing assessment orders accurately and efficiently through the Client Services Center (CSC). Before placing an order, Coordinators should review the following steps to help ensure the order is complete, correct, and aligned with testing plans.

Ordering Preparation Checklist
  1. Plan Ahead – Review the Timelines for Ordering to allow enough time for processing and shipping and to help avoid rush order fees.
  2. Review Pre-Test Requirements – If ordering pre-tests, review the Pre-Test Policy before submitting an order.
  3. Confirm Pricing – Verify product costs by clicking the Pricing button in the Ordering section of the CSC.
  4. Review Past Orders – Use View Order History in the Ordering section of the CSC to review previous orders and help guide current ordering decisions.
  5. Prepare Payment Method – Have a purchase order or credit card ready to complete the order.
  6. Plan Test Sessions – Determine whether assessments will be administered in one session or multiple sessions. Most tests allow up to three sessions to accommodate class schedules to help reduce test taker fatigue. The number of sessions should be selected when placing the order. User codes may be adjusted before testing, if needed.
  7. Organize Order Details – Prepare a list of all products being ordered, including product names, product (test) codes, delivery methods (online or paper/pencil), and quantities needed.
  8. Order Only What is Needed – Online assessments cannot be returned for credit. Paper/pencil assessments may be eligible for return, but handling fees apply. For more information, see the Return Policy.
  9. Generate Quotes or Save Orders – If a quote is needed, enter the order and print a quote during checkout. Orders may also be saved in the cart for up to 30 days, allowing the Coordinator to return and finalize the order when ready.
Following these steps supports an accurate, efficient ordering process and a smoother assessment administration experience.
