The Site Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the ordering of NOCTI assessments through the Client Services Center. Following the steps below will ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.
- Review the Timelines for Ordering to avoid rush order fees.
- If ordering pre-tests, review the Pre-Test Policy.
- Check product pricing by clicking on the Pricing button in the ordering section of the Client Services Center.
- Click View Order History in the ordering section of the Client Services Center to access past orders placed through the online ordering system.
- Have your method of payment available (e.g., purchase order or credit card number).
- Determine if tests will be administered in multiple sessions. Most tests allow for up to three administration sessions to assist with accommodating class schedules and to help alleviate test fatigue for participants. The number of administration sessions should be designated during the order process; however, changes can be made to assigned user codes prior to testing.
- Prepare a list of products and titles to be ordered, including product names and product (test) codes, the method of delivery (e.g., online), and quantities for each.
- Only order the quantity needed. Online assessments are not eligible for return for credit. Returns for paper/pencil assessments are allowed but handling charges apply. Refer to the Return Policy for specific details.
- If you require a quote before you place your order, you can input your order and print a quote during the check-out process, before checking out. You can save your cart and complete your order when you are ready (carts will remain saved for 30 days).
