To help ensure a smooth testing experience, Coordinators should submit orders as early as possible and allow enough time for processing, shipping, and test preparation.

Online Knowledge-Based Written Credentials
Orders for online knowledge-based written credentials are typically processed within two business days of receipt. Once the order is complete, the Site Coordinator will receive an email notification confirming that online user codes are available in the Client Services Center. Testing can then be scheduled and administered according to the site’s testing plan.

Paper/Pencil and Skill-Based Performance Materials
Paper/pencil and skill-based performance assessment materials require additional planning time for  processing and shipping. Coordinators should submit orders according to the required lead times to help ensure materials arrive before the scheduled testing date. Orders submitted outside of the recommended timelines may be subject to rush processing fees.

Shipping Timeline
For assessments scheduled between January 1 and June 30, NOCTI prioritizes early fulfillment and ships materials to arrive at least two weeks before the scheduled test date. For assessments scheduled between July 1 and December 31, orders are processed in the order they are received. Submitting orders early helps support timely delivery and keeps testing plans on track.

Shipping Confirmation
All shipments are sent via UPS Ground unless an alternate shipping method is requested. When an order ships, the Site Coordinator receives a confirmation email that includes tracking information, the shipment date, and the estimated delivery date.

User Code Expiration
Online user codes for post-tests remain active through the end of the current school year (June 30) to support flexible scheduling. Pre-test user code expiration dates follow the Pre-test Policy guidelines.
