Destroying
Used Materials
Sites are responsible for the disposition of assessment
materials by one of the following methods:
- Books should be destroyed after the assessment
session in such a way that they cannot be retrieved (shredding is recommended).
- Books should be returned to a central location, if
required by your state or by your testing organization.
Skill-based
assessment evaluation worksheets and other assessment materials (e.g.,
participants' work, evaluator notes, etc.) should be kept in a secure location
until assessment scores have been posted to the Client Services Center.
Handling Unused Materials
Unused
paper/pencil assessments can be returned for credit ONLY if the booklets are unopened (sealed), accompanied by unused
answer sheets, and the return for credit is requested within 180 days of
purchase.
There is a handling charge for returns, so be
careful to order only the exact number of tests that you need. Once the
materials have been returned and verified, a credit will be placed on your
account. A complete copy of the Returns Policy can be downloaded at the Client Services Center.
All sales of online assessments, study guides, and remote proctoring sessions are
FINAL. No returns for credit are allowed.
