NOCTI provides score reports to help sites review results, understand performance, and use assessment data for decision-making.
Score reports are generated once processing requirements are met. For more information on how to access and view reports, review the Accessing Reports and Recognition article. Reports can be exported to Excel. Additional data extracts and summary reports are also available.
Standard Post-Test Reports
The standard post-test reporting package includes:
- Group Score Report: Provides total and standard scores for each test taker within the testing group.
- Analysis of Scores: Shows how results compare to group, state, and national averages for total scores and each standard.
- Individual Score Reports: Displays each test taker’s total and standard scores, along with group, site, state, and national averages. When applicable, pre-test scores and percent change from pre- to post-test are also included.
- Competency Report: Provides detailed scoring at the competency level for both individual test takers and the group.
Standard Pre-Test Report
The standard pre-test reporting package includes individual score results. The pre-test reports do not include analysis or comparative benchmarking features.
Additional reporting options include:
- Test-Level Data Extracts: The Data Extract tool allows Coordinators to export pre-test or post-test data for a selected date range into a single Excel file. Coordinators select the desired criteria and submit the request to generate the report. Extracts may include standard-level or job-level scores.
- Competency-Level Summary Reports: This report provides competency-level data across post-test activities within a selected date range of up to 12 months. Coordinators select the desired criteria and submit the request to generate the report.
Score Interpretation Quickview
A Score Interpretation Quickview is available as a one-page reference guide to help users interpret results and communicate score information with administrators, instructors, test takers, and other stakeholders.
