Test Proctors may oversee large groups of test takers or administer multiple test titles during the same session. NOCTI recommends a minimum of one Proctor for every 25 test takers per room. The Proctor and Site Coordinator should consider the room arrangement, number of test titles, and administration needs when determining appropriate coverage.

• Test takers should be spaced appropriately to maintain assessment security.
  
• Online assessments must be proctored, with onsite technical support available.
  
• Multiple assessments may be administered at the same time and location, if appropriate.
  
• Online testing capacity may be limited by the number of available computer stations.
