Access Saved Shopping Carts
Unfinished orders are automatically saved when users navigate away from the Ordering section.  Click on the View Saved Shopping Carts button (if applicable), then select the cart ID to continue adding to an unfinished order or to complete the check-out process.  Saved cards remain available for 30 days.

Order Assessments and Related Products
Start your order:

  • Click on the Place an Order button.*
  • Scroll through the list of product names or search by keyword, product name, or product code.
  • Select your product by clicking on the title.
  • Click on the tab for the product type you wish to order (e.g., pre-tests, post-tests, study guides).
  • Input the quantity desired under the correct administration option (Online or Paper/Pencil) and education level (Secondary or Post Secondary).
  • For online administration, select the number of sessions desired. Changes to the number of sessions can be made after the user code has been assigned and before testing begins. 
  • Click on the Add button to add the product to the shopping cart.
  • Click on the Shopping Cart at any time to begin the check-out process.
  • Click on the Image Placeholder  to get helpful information.
*Note, if you are part of an organized or state program, you may have an order button specific to that program.  Use the button for your specific program to ensure access to approved products.

Prepare a Quote
During the check-out process, click the Print Quote button to print a quote showing the products ordered, any applied offers, and rush fee, if applicable.  You can save your cart and complete your order when you are ready (carts will remain saved for 30 days). Note, the price quote does NOT include shipping fees associated with expedited shipping requests (e.g., Next Day Air).  Contact NOCTI for a cost estimate for expedited shipping.

Order Partner Network Instructor Tests
Start your order:

  • Click on the Order Partner Network Instructor Tests button.
  • Scroll through the list of product names or search by keyword, product name, or product code.
  • Select your product by clicking on the title.
  • Input the quantity desired.
  • Select the number of sessions desired.
  • Click on the Add Post-Tests to Cart button to add the product to the shopping cart.
  • Click on the Shopping Cart at any time to begin the check-out process.
  • Click on the   to get helpful information.
View Shopping Cart
The Shopping Cart displays the list of products and quantities selected. 

  • Review the items in your cart.
  • Edit an item in your cart by clicking the pencil icon.
  • Delete an item in your cart by clicking the trash can icon. 
  • Delete all items in your cart by using the Empty Cart button.
  • Continue adding to your cart by using the Continue Shopping button.
  • Begin the check-out process by clicking the Check Out button.
Check Out
The check-out process steps vary based on the products ordered.  

Enter order details.

  • Test dates - the earliest test date determines if the order will require rush processing.
  • Display scores option - selecting Yes allows the test taker to see their scores when testing is complete.
  • Request/approve rush processing - rush fees are automatically applied for rush processing; this does NOT include costs for expedited shipping (e.g., Next Day Air).
  • Review the selected options (e.g., dates, rush order).
Review your selections.

  • Select the offer(s) by clicking on the Apply button.
  • Insert an offer code if you have been provided with one and click the Apply Offer Code button.
Click the Print Quote button to print a quote showing the products ordered, any applied offers, and rush fee, if applicable.  Note, the price quote does NOT include shipping fees associated with expedited shipping requests (e.g., Next Day Air).  Contact NOCTI for a cost estimate for expedited shipping.

Enter payment information.

  • Enter purchase order or credit card information. Purchase orders may be uploaded (pdf format).
  • Add any special instructions, if applicable.
  • View the Returns Policy.
  • Click the Submit Order button. An order confirmation email, along with a copy of the order, will be emailed to the designated Site Coordinator.
