These agreements help ensure NOCTI assessments are administered securely, consistently, and in accordance with NOCTI policies.
NOCTI Testing Agreement
The NOCTI Testing Agreement outlines the responsibilities and expectations for organizations that administer NOCTI assessments. This agreement is required for testing sites and includes expectations related to test security, administration procedures, and proper handling of testing materials, data, and results. It also identifies the site staff involved in the testing process, including Site Coordinators, Co-coordinators, Proctors, and Evaluators. This agreement helps ensure everyone involved understands their role in supporting a secure and consistent testing experience.
Site Coordinator Changes
If a Site Coordinator needs to be changed, a new Testing Agreement must be completed to officially designate and approve the new coordinator. This keeps site records current and ensures all authorized individuals are properly documented.
Co-coordinator Agreement
The Co-coordinator Agreement is used when a site wants to authorize an additional individual to assist the primary Site Coordinator with testing activities. A Co-coordinator may help with test scheduling, communication, and other coordination tasks related to test administration. The agreement also confirms that the Co-coordinator understands and agrees to follow NOCTI testing policies and security requirements. This helps maintain clear accountability and consistent oversight of testing operations at the site.
