Use the manage badges section, located in Reports, to determine if a participant has earned a digital badge. Digital badges are earned on post-tests only.
Generate Reports
Reports can be generated by entering a date range. Reports may be exported to Excel.
- Select a date range (must not exceed 12 months).
- Click the Run Report button.
- Filter by Education Level to generate a report for the selected education level.
- Filter by Test Title to generate a report for a selected test title.
- Filter by Registered to generate a report listing students that have registered for their SkillBadge locker.
Add/Edit Email Address
Email addresses may be added or edited for participants who have earned a badge but did not provide an email address or provided an incorrect email address during test administration.
- Select a date range (must not exceed 12 months) to locate the participant.
- Type in the participant’s first OR last name in the search box.
- Click the Run Report button.
- Click Edit and enter or edit the email address in the correct column.
- Click the Save link and an email with information on how to retrieve the badge will be sent to the participant.
NOTE! The edit link will not show for participants that have already registered for their SkillBadge locker.
Resend Email
Emails may be resent as a reminder to the participant to register for their SkillBadge locker.
- Select a date range (must not exceed 12 months) to locate the participant.
- Type in the participant’s first OR last name in the search box.
- Click the Run Report button.
- Click on the Resend link and an email with information on how to retrieve the badge will be resent to the participant.
NOTE! The resend link will only be visible for a participant who has earned a badge and entered an email address during test administration.
