The Manage Badges section, located under Reports, allows Coordinators to track whether a test taker has earned a digital badge. Digital badges are awarded only for post-tests. 

Generate Badge Reports 
Reports can be generated for any date range up to 12 months and exported to Excel. 
  • Select a date range (should not exceed 12 months).  
  • Click Run Report.  
Use filters as needed:  
  • Education Level – generate a report for a specific education level.  
  • Test Title – generate a report for a specific test.  
  • Registered – view test takers who have registered for their SkillBadge locker. 
Add or Edit Email Address 
Coordinators may add or update email addresses for test takers who earned a badge but did not provide an email address or provided an incorrect email address during testing. 
 
To add or update an email address: 
  • Select a date range (up to 12 months) to locate the test taker.  
  • Enter the test taker’s first or last name in the search box.  
  • Click Run Report.  
  • Click Edit. 
  • Enter or update the email address in the appropriate column.  
  • Click Save.  
After the email address is saved, an email with instructions for retrieving the badge will be sent automatically.  

Note: The Edit link will not appear for test takers who have already registered for their SkillBadge locker. 

Resend Badge Email 
Coordinators may resend emails as reminders for test takers to register for their SkillBadge locker. 

To resend a badge email: 
  • Select a date range (up to 12 months) to locate the test taker.  
  • Enter the test taker’s first or last name in the search box.  
  • Click Run Report.  
  • Click the Resend link.  
An email with badge retrieval instructions will be sent again.  

Note: The Resend link is only visible for test takers who earned a badge and provided a valid email address during test administration.
