Device Setup
Click on the Device Setup button to access device and computer setup instructions. Share these instructions with your technical support staff to guide them in the setup of computer workstations used for online testing with NOCTI’s QuadNet system.
Resource Documents
Click on the Resource Documents button to access a variety of helpful documents for assessment programs:
- Select the Student Testing tab to access documents geared toward student assessment programs.
- Select the Teacher Testing tab to access documents geared toward teacher testing programs. (Only visible to authorized Teacher Testing sites.)
- Select the Remote Proctoring tab to access documents referencing remote proctoring services.
- Select the Webinars/Videos tab to view available webinars and videos.
Performance Test Prep Resources
Click Performance Test Prep Resources to access available resources for performance (skill-based) testing.
Instructor Prep Packs for student assessment programs are provided to outline the instructor’s role in the assessment process and explain NOCTI’s testing services, policies, and procedures. Instructor Prep Packs include the materials and tools needed for the assessment, information that can be used to set up the shop or lab for administration, and guidelines for administering both knowledge-based and skill-based assessments. Instructors can access these documents through the Teachers Resource Center.
Some performance tests include Required Supplemental Materials which must be accessed in advance of test day to assure they are ready for performance testing. The option to access these material is only available for sites ordering an applicable test title. Click the button to access and download the required materials. Instructions for using the required materials are provided in the Evaluator Guide and Instructor Prep Pack for each applicable performance assessment.
- Click on the Required Supplemental Materials button to access the performance test resource documents that accompany test(s) you have ordered.
- Select the test title from the list and expand by clicking on the +. The list of resources to download will display.
- Click on each resource to download and save the resource to a secure location for performance testing.
- Refer to the instructions provided in the Evaluator Guide or Instructor Prep Pack for specific details on preparing the resource for performance testing.
Assessment Blueprints
Click the Assessment Blueprints button to access blueprints for NOCTI assessments, including blueprints for certification partners and teacher testing.
Performance Rating Entry Password
Access to the Client Services Center is restricted to Site Coordinators or NOCTI authorized Co-coordinators. If evaluators or other non-instructional personnel are assisting with the performance ratings entry process, the performance rating entry password and your site code will allow access to the performance ratings tool through the online testing website (http://testing.nocti.org).
