The cost of the assessments includes the booklets/user codes, guides, and answer sheets as needed for administration, along with score reports once the answer sheets/online user codes are returned for scoring. Customers will be invoiced at the time the order is placed.

Area Test Centers are not charged for standard UPS GroundTrac shipping.  However, if expedited shipping (e.g., next day air) is requested, charges will be applied to the invoice.

Each order shipped will include a packing list. 

Per NOCTI’s Returns Policy, unused user codes or paper/pencil assessments can be returned for credit ONLY if the user code has not been used and the booklet is sealed and accompanied by an unused answer sheet.  There is a handling charge for returns (refer to the Returns Policy available on the Client Services Center).

Fees
